With great quality products at amazing prices we are sure you will love your items. However, if you wish to return any items please see the information below on how to do this.
If for whatever reason the item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange collection of this and a replacement will be sent out free of charge. Alternatively if you wish to receive a full refund and a return of the items, we can also arrange this for you.
Please Note: Unfortunately our free returns policy does not apply to our sofas, upholstered beds and mattress ranges. For these items a return charge will be applicable so please check with the team beforehand.
Returns / Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, however the buyer is responsible for the return cost unless the items are faulty/damaged in respect of sofas, upholstered beds and mattresses only. In all other cases we will collect an item for free if it is repackaged in its original packaging. We will always offer to arrange this collection for you and the return cost will then be deducted from the refund issued if not damaged/faulty.
At our discretion, we may accept goods returned to us unwanted outside of the 14 days, but within no more than 30 days from the day you received your order. The items would be subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be in their original packaging and unused.
We cannot accept returns for a full refund after 14 days, however we can arrange to have a replacement piece sent out to you should your product be received in a damaged/faulty condition. If the product is not damaged or faulty and you wish to return a set after 30 days unfortunately this is not possible.
Please note returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging for the items. If the items are not packaged adequately and the items get damaged on return to us, then you would be refunded less any costs incurred by us for re-packaging / damage. Please make sure you inspect the items before throwing the packaging away!
How do I start a return?
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order reference number and images (if the item is damaged or faulty).
- We will arrange a convenient collection date for you (please note collections can only occur on working days and we unfortunately are not able to provide an ETA).
- Once the items have been collected and received back with us your refund will be issued - simple!
Refunds will be processed as soon as the items are received back with us (typically 3 working days if using our couriers). Once these items have been received back with us the following processing times occur:
- PayPal - Instant payment
- Card Payment - 5-10 working days

What happens if my item is damaged?
Unfortunately on rare occasions items can be damaged by our third party couriers in transit or there could be a fault with your item. If your item arrives either damaged or faulty we aim to get this resolved straight away for you and will offer the below options:
- A collection and replacement sent out straight away.
- A partial refund.
- A collection and full refund.
Please note any damage on an item must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt.
If an item is damaged or faulty we will require images of this in order to be assessed by our team and help to resolve the issue ASAP for you.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
- If we have been unable to resolve your problem for you or if you simply want to return the items a refund will be processed as soon as the items are received back with us (typically two working days).
- Once these items have been received back with us the following processing times occur: PayPal - Instant payment Card Payment- 5-10 working days If you wish to know the progress of your refund please contact us and we will be able to give you an update.
