FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Next day delivery is for working business days Monday to Friday but excludes Bank Holidays. The cut-off time for orders for next day delivery is 8PM.

For orders placed on a Bank Holiday or during the weekend before a Bank Holiday, please allow an extra day for delivery. The checkout page will tell you the date that your order will be delivered on.

Please note that certain areas of the UK such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and some areas of Scotland do not qualify for next day delivery and if you are affected, this will show at the Checkout when you place your order.

Please note that some of our larger products do have an extended lead time. If an item is affected by this, it will say so on its listing. On ordering, the date at checkout will show the earliest it is available to you.

All items, unless highlighted otherwise, are dispatched with a next working day delivery service and are usually delivered next day, however there can be exceptions where parcels are delayed. 

If you require a delivery on a Saturday, this can be arranged for an additional charge of £25.00 - please email our Customer services team on sales@furniturebox.co.uk to discuss this. 

If next day delivery does not suit you when you reach checkout you will be able to select a delivery date on the calendar that suits you. We will then hold delivery until this date for you, simple!

If you require a delivery on a Saturday, please call our Customer services team on 01747 863 333 to place your order over the telephone.

Please note if you are paying by one of our finance options, the delivery address must be the same as the address you give on the finance application.

Our couriers operate an all day (7am-9pm Monday to Friday) delivery service with an ETA often not available to us, however if you provide a valid mobile number with your order text alerts and updates will be sent to you! These updates include information on delivery date and how to track your order. With some couriers this also includes an ETA text however please note this does not apply to all orders.

Please note for deliveries to flats/apartments unfortunately our couriers are only authorised to take items to the front of the building and therefore cannot take items up stairs/lifts to your specific flat, we are very sorry about this!

We advise if the items are heavy or you may have trouble transporting these to your flat to ensure someone can be in to assist you with this.

If there are any specific delivery instructions you have for us or if you have a disability that you believe would affect your ability to receive a standard delivery from us, please let us know so that we can work with you to see what reasonable adjustments we can make to help you.

Please note that our free delivery only applies to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Highland (including AB/PH postcodes) and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly there are surcharges for these delivery locations. These surcharges will be automatically added at checkout. Deliveries to surcharge regions will often take slightly longer to arrive.

Yes we do deliver to Northern Ireland. Delivery will take longer than usual and surcharges do apply. Add the items you're interested in to your basket and fill out your address to get a delivery quote.
