CARE AND CLEANING ADVICE

Though your new glass table top protector is heat resistant, we still recommend using mats or pads between items and the protector to protect against scratches. For cleaning, we recommend simply using a soft cloth and, if you do need to more thoroughly clean the surface, use water or water-based cleaning products. In the event of spills, remove all excess liquid with a dry cloth. Do not using any kind of abrasive cleaning products or harsh chemicals, including bleach.

Oh no! We know how frustrating this can be! We do try our hardest to make sure everything leaves our warehouse and arrives with you as expected. To make absolutely sure the part in question is definitely missing, please refer to the list of parts in the assembly guide, or the assembly video shown above to see a breakdown of everything you should have. Double check all your boxes to make sure the missing part isn’t tucked into a fold in the cardboard anywhere. If the part is definitely missing, get in touch with our lovely Customer Service team by emailing sales@furniturebox.co.uk who will do everything they can to help you.

We’re really sorry to hear this! We do our utmost to ensure all out products arrive with our customers exactly as expected, including a rigorous quality testing process. If something has arrived damaged, please let us know within the first 7 days of its arrival so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible. You can contact our lovely Customer Service team by emailing sales@furniturebox.co.uk . It would also be great if you are able to take photos of the issue to email us (steady, clear images are best so we can see what you do!)

If you would like to return an item then please email our Customer Service team on sales@furniturebox.co.uk . When emailing, please provide your name, order number and the reason for return. We will then be able to assist you and make arrangements for returning the item.

Please note, as per our returns policy, unless an item is faulty/damaged then there will be a return cost deducted from your refund. This return cost depends on the volume/weight of the items so this will vary for different products, however, you will be informed of this exact cost before we arrange a collection for you.
