GORGIAS
We use a third party system called Gorgias which manages all customer messages and emails. This system is used to receive and send emails and messages from / to customers.
REVIEW REQUEST EMAILS
We value customer feedback and use this to tell other customers about what we’re doing well. After placing an order with us we may send the following review request emails:
- Product Review: Yotpo will email you on our behalf requesting your feedback on the product(s) you purchased. We share your name, email address, order ID and the product(s) you ordered with Yotpo to facilitate this.
- Service Review: Trustpilot will email you on our behalf requesting your feedback on our service. We share your name, email address and order ID to facilitate this.
- Customer Satisfaction: We may contact you after making contact with us or after placing an order to ask you to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey via a 3rd party NPS software provider called Retently.
