Monty and Dan launch Furniturebox, occupying their first premises in a part of the Beaumont Business Centre.
JULY 2015
Incorporated the company - it's official!
2016
Furniturebox's first year is a big success. University is definitely off the cards as the guys focus on growing a successful business instead.
EARLY 2017
Started selling on Tesco Direct - a big milestone in the company's growth.
JUNE 2017
Dan and Monty celebrates being finalists at the South Wiltshire Business Awards for Best Performing Company.
NOVEMBER 2017
First official member of staff joins Monty and Dan who have been running everything themselves up until now with some help from friends and family.
EARLY 2019
Still based in the Beaumont Business Centre in Mere, Wiltshire but now occupying the entire warehouse space available to accomodate the growing product ranges.
SPRING 2020
During the COVID-19 lockdown in Spring we launched our NHS Heroes campaign to give back to the wonderful NHS staff working tirelessly throughout the pandemic.
SUMMER 2020
The Furniturebox team are now 22+ members strong and growing with offices opening in Bristol to support the expanding technical side of the business.
AUTUMN 2021
According to Brightpearl’s Lightning 50 rankings, Furniturebox is the fastest growing ecommerce business in the South West!
2021 YEAR END
2021 was a big year for us! We’re now selling on 9+ different channels including The Range and Robert Dyas and we have over 40 team members across Bristol and Wiltshire!
MAY 2022
Monty and Dan make the Forbes 30 Under 30 2022 list for retail & ecommerce entrepreneurs in Europe who are reinventing how we shop!
JULY 2022
Furniturebox ranks 34 in The Sunday Times Hundred 2022 fastest growing independent companies list!
AUGUST 2022
We headed across the pond and started selling a range of products through Wayfair US.
SEPTEMBER 2022
Furniturebox has a new home in a purpose built warehouse in Chippenham!

WILTSHIRE BASED
The Furniturebox head office and warehouse are based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with further offices in Bristol and Warminster. We're proud of our local heritage and work to serve our community.
WE'RE EXPANDING
In Summer 2020 we opened our technical operations offices in Bristol to support us as Furniturebox grows whilst remaining firmly based in the South West of England.
